Move-In Checklist

Customer Portal

Rent is due by the 1st of each month. Please visit to select your payment method:

  1. Portal Auto Pay – Preferred Method
  2. ACH – ACH account information located within the Customer Portal
  3. Credit Card – credit card payment option available in Customer Portal
  4. Check – mail payments to P.O. Box 2420, Lakeland, FL 33806

Additional documents in the Customer Portal:

  1. W9 for Lessor
  2. Preferred Vendor Sheet

Mailbox Key

It is important that you set up the utilities for your leased address. The link below provides additional information from Lakeland Electric. Please call Customer Service at (863) 834-9535 from 7:30 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday to set up or move your service.

According to Section 9 of your lease agreement, you are required to provide a certificate of insurance. On the vendor sheet, you can find suggestions for insurance companies that we work with often. Please make arrangements for the Certificate of Insurance to be sent electronically to each year. The Certificate of Insurance should have the following information displayed:

  • Company name, mailing address, and policy number
  • Generation date, effective date, and expiration date
  • General Liability Coverage of at least $1,000,000
  • Certificate Holder of the Lessor and mailing address on your lease
