The Tilt Has Begun
Take a look at our progress at Ruthven East Lakeland Industrial Park. The walls started tilting up today. This park will have a total of 428,092 square feet when it is complete. Phase one will consist of two buildings totaling 327,082. This park will be available September 2019 with easy access to I-4, close proximity to Florida Polytechnic University and is a premiere regional logistics hub. Stay tuned for more details.
