The Ruthvens Announce Brandon Clark as President
Lakeland, FL – The Ruthvens – Central Florida’s warehouse specialists – recently announced the promotion of Brandon Clark as President of the company. Brandon will be the third President in The Ruthvens’ 64-year history, marking the third generation of family leadership for the company.
Brandon Clark joined The Ruthvens in 2018 as Vice President. In this role, he has been responsible for The Ruthvens’ construction and development activities, leasing, finance, and operations. Since 2018, The Ruthvens have developed over 560,000 square feet of new warehouse space while increasing occupancy to 99%.
Prior to joining The Ruthvens, Brandon had an 11-year career in Large Corporate Banking at J.P. Morgan and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. “Brandon’s prior experience in finance and his time at The Ruthvens has prepared him well for this next step in his career. The Ruthven family is excited to have Brandon on board and leading our company into the next generation,” said Greg Ruthven.
Brandon is married to Lauren Ruthven Clark and has three children: Georgia, MaryCharlotte and Sutton.
As part of this leadership transition, Greg Ruthven will be Chairman and CEO of The Ruthvens. Greg has contributed significantly to the growth of The Ruthvens and to the Lakeland community over his 38 years with the company. Since joining in 1983, Greg has overseen the company’s growth from approximately 350,000 to over 4,000,000 square feet. “I was fortunate to work alongside my father, Joe P. Ruthven, for 36 years. He would be proud to see Brandon taking over as President of the company he founded,” said Greg Ruthven.
