Kyle Vinson serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Ruthvens. He oversees the Company’s operations and works to support the continued growth and operational efficiency of the organization.

Kyle joined The Ruthvens in September 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in Central Florida’s homebuilding industry along with a strong background in commercial credit and financial analysis. Prior to joining The Ruthvens, Kyle spent ten years with Southern Homes of Polk County, most recently serving as Senior Purchasing Manager. In this role, he oversaw financial reporting, construction budgets, trade contract negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives across a portfolio of more than 25 communities. He began his career in commercial banking with Bank of Central Florida, where he analyzed commercial and industrial lending portfolios and supported executive credit decisions.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. A Lakeland native, Kyle is married to his wife, Molly. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, spending time on the water, and traveling with his wife to snowboard around the world.
