- 2845 Drane Field Road (104,000 sq. ft.) – estimated completion Q2 2022 – 50% Leased
- 4720 Gateland Drive (109,200 sq. ft.) – estimated completion Q3 2022
“Since 2015, we’ve added a total of 836,000 sq. ft. to our portfolio,” said The Ruthvens Chairman & CEO Greg Ruthven. “Adding this additional space has allowed us to support growth in Lakeland from our existing customers and from new companies moving to Central Florida. Helping our tenants expand, grow, hire more employees — that’s certainly exciting to us.”

Working with businesses starting off needing 5,000 or 10,000 square feet and then growing to 20,000 or 25,000 square feet over time is very rewarding.”
Currently, there are over 10.5 million people within 100 miles of Lakeland and 20 million within a five-hour drive. Lakeland is conveniently located between Tampa and Orlando, less than 40 miles from either city. Florida sees a growth rate of more than 1,000 people a day and is home to the Interstate-4 Corridor.
