We will assist you in the process of purchasing one of our pre-existing properties or a parcel of land. The latter option allows us to provide you with a build- to-suit warehouse facility.

All of our buildings provide flexible square footage with expansion options. Our 80 buildings provide the ability to satisfy special electrical and utility needs, as well as rail access.
6) What are The Ruthvens lease terms?
The Ruthvens offer short-term, long-term, and even temporary leases. We can also work with NNN and gross leases. All of our lease agreements are based on individual client needs and a competitive rating scale.
7) Do I have the ability to expand?
Expansion is always a viable option with The Ruthvens, whether contiguous space or a new building is needed. Our inventory of 80 buildings offer a wide range of square footage amounts in order to satisfy your specific warehouse needs.
8) Do The Ruthvens own warehouses outside of Lakeland?
The Ruthvens properties are conveniently and strategically located in and around Lakeland due to the city’s close proximity to all major interstates. Our location allows us to be onsite at any of our properties within 15 minutes. We are on call 7 days a week for all of our tenants.
