Our buildings on Anchuca Drive are moving along quickly! We expect the first two buildings at Ruthven AirPark West to be available for occupancy January 2017. These Ground Level Warehouses provide space that can be used for office, warehousing or light manufacturing. Units offer flexible space options and unit configurations and are only 3.3 miles from a full interchange at Interstate 4. 3920 Anchuca Drive is an 18,200 square foot building that will have units of 1,820 sq. ft. minimum, 12′ x 12′ overhead doors and 18′ foot clear height.
